Client Responsibilities

As an experienced skincare professional, I understand the importance of a mutually responsible client-aesthetician relationship. As I do my part as your chosen licensed aesthetician, here are a couple of thingymajigs I ask of you:

Please arrive at your appointed time. Punctuality is key to a wonderfully smooth day for the both of us. Nobody wants a rushed service nor an additional late fee charge of $10 on top of your service fees.

Please let me know if:
-you are pregnant
-was recently under the sun or currently sunburnt
-taking retinol
-seeing a dermatologist or taking prescription medicines that may affect treatment
-recently exfoliated
-showing any symptoms of sickness

Please put your phone on silent and avoid using your phone during your treatment.

Due to safety reasons as well as limited space, no children or additional guests are allowed in the treatment room.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. If you are showing any signs or symptoms of sickness, I strongly advise to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

For facial treatments and waxing, please follow pre and post treatment instructions found on the website.
