Cancellation Policy
PAYMENTS: -CASH PAYMENTS ONLY -Services with more than 1 hour time allotments require a non-refundable deposit upon booking online. This will go towards the balance that must be paid on the day of service. -Deposit will be forfeited and will not be refunded nor transferred if client cancels within an hour of appointment or if client does not show up for the appointment. -Fees are subject to change upon the aesthetician’s discretion. LATE ARRIVALS: If you are running late, please notify me via email, Whatsapp message, or Instagram message so necessary accommodations can be made. A 5-10 minute grace period will be given. Beyond that, the appointment will be cancelled. COURTESY REMINDERS: Email/text reminders may be sent about 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. However, if you do not receive a confirmation text reminder, the appointment for your service(s) will remain booked. As these reminders are just courtesy, it is your sole responsibility to remember your appointment time and to adhere to the cancellation policy whether or not you receive a reminder. ​ MINORS/ CLIENTS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD POLICY: Minor teens and children coming in for appointments must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the entire appointment. All intake forms/consents for minors must be signed by their parents or guardian.
